What I Wore

Dress - New Look
Bracelet - H&M (old)
Necklace - New Look (old)

I promise I'm not obsessed with New Look!

So this is what Hannah and I wore last night when we went into Leeds!
We had a lovely night and my throat hurt from all the laughing. We met up some friends from school since prom was cancelled, was good.
My shoes... Some of you may have read my post the other day about these and they turned out to be not very comfy and rubbed my feet. That's probably just because they're new and I don't so well in heels anyway!
Not much to say really on this matter. So tired so I can't think!

New Look Slingback Heels

I bought these shoes today from New Look. They were £17.99 with my student discount and even though I couldn't really afford them, I desperately needed some new black heels!
I'm a big fan of New Look shoes, they're reasonably priced and they last a while (I seriously batter shoes) so I was in Leeds today and I was running out of places to look so I decided on taking a trip and found these.
Anyway, they're really really soft and so they're not going to rub me and I'm rubbish in heels but I can walk in the (kind of) although I don't know how I'm going to manage on Thursday night! And I have funny feet and they fit lovely!! The slingback heel with the buckle thingymabob allows you to have them as tight as you want which is perfect for my skinny heels!
The only criticism I have is that they hurt the balls of my feet a little so I'm going to have to put some gel things in them. But other than that, they seem to be quite comfy (although I won't be saying this when I get home).

Olympic Torch Relay

So the Olympic torch relay went past my house!! This was so exciting and they changed over outside my house too! The guy who ran with it down the hill (Rocky) let my brother touch it too before he got on the bus. It was so exciting to see it and to be in the buzz around! If the torch is coming near you, I recommend you go to see it. The whole procession lasts about 10 minutes and it's fabulous! It's a once in  life time (probably) opportunity and something to tell the grandkids!

Sunday Boredom

It's that time of week again where I have nothing to do... In fact I don't really have anything to do for the next four months, the joys. I've left 6th form now, completely finished my A Levels!
See, it wouldn't be so bad if I had money... I'm slowly running out. I have like twenty pounds to my name at the moment and I need my hair doing soon, I have gigs to pay for, clothes/shoes that I want... I NEED A JOB! I've been apply like crazy over the last couple of weeks but have I heard anything back? Oh yeah, of cause, you wouldn't think they'd be that inconsiderate would you? Yeah, I've heard back from... uumm... let me think... ONE PLACE! And that said "sorry but we cannot take your application any further".
They actually don't give you a chance, it's so frustrating. And I've only had four interviews in my life (two from the same store for the same job) and I only got one of the jobs, which was at Sports Direct... Seriously? It really puts you down as a person aswell :S

Anyway, enough of my rambling and moaning and wasting time...

New Cover of Slow it Down!

I can't express how much I idolize Amy Macdonald. I love her!
So I decided to do a cover of her new song Slow it Down which is awesome (as usual) and you shouls go check it out if you haven't, and her album, if you haven't!

On another note, my beads came today for my bracelets and I got so excited that I could start making them when I realised my elastic hadn't arrived so it has to hold back until it comes, which I'm hoping will be tomorrow!

And I have my last exam tomorrow for my A Levels, which is so scary, and I'm sat here writing this instead of revising! Oh well :P

Hope y'all enjoy!
